Two ways to partner with Heaven in Houston
1. A standalone business
You run Heaven Houston as your own local business. The online store, the marketing and the customer service already exist; you provide a secure place for the stock in Houston and hand each order to the courier. It can start as a side business and grow with the number of orders.
2. An add-on to your existing retail business
If you already run a shop with long opening hours, such as a convenience store, a smoke or vape shop, a pharmacy, a flower shop, a gas station store, a print or pack-and-ship shop or a late-night store, Heaven adds online orders to your day without extra staff or floor space. Our stock sits in your back room, and your opening hours become Heaven's delivery hours in Houston. Nothing changes for your own customers: every Heaven order leaves in plain, unmarked packaging.
How an order works

What exactly does a local partner do?
A partner keeps Heaven's stock safe at their location and hands each order to the courier. Orders, courier booking, payments and customer support run through Heaven's system, so there are no phone calls and no manual dispatch.
Who owns the stock?
Heaven. The partner is responsible for keeping it safe at their location, and the details of that responsibility are written into the partner agreement.
Can I add this to my existing shop?
Yes. A retail business with long opening hours, such as a convenience store, a smoke or vape shop, a pharmacy, a flower shop, a gas station store, a print or pack-and-ship shop or a late-night store, is one of the two partnership formats. Heaven's orders go out from your back room during your opening hours, with no extra staff and no change to your own customers' experience.
Do I need a car or a storefront?
No. A courier is booked for every order, and the standalone format doesn't need a storefront: a small, secure space at a shop, office or other commercial premises is enough.
Do I need experience in retail or e-commerce?
No. What matters most is being reliable, organised and discreet. The order and courier system does the rest, and we show you how it works.
Can I apply from the United States?
Yes. Heaven is expanding to the United States and has a US company set up, so the partnership works the same way as in Canada. Choose your city from the list, or pick "United States" in the form and tell us where you are.
Is my application confidential?
Yes. Your application goes only to the Heaven team and is used only to contact you about the partnership.
